Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Small Town Social and will definitely be using them again!

From beginning to end, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Nina was incredibly communicative, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. She kept us informed and made everything easy, which I truly appreciated. What stood out to me the most was that she personally came out to meet us during pickup. That extra personal touch may seem small, but it went a very long way and really showed the level of care they have for their customers.

Reid was equally fantastic! He was very friendly and informative during the drop-off, answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. And when it came time to set up the water slide/bounce house combo, he was lightning quick! I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently he had everything set up and ready to go.

The combination of excellent communication, professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely friendly customer service made this such a positive experience. It is refreshing to work with a company that not only provides a great product but also makes you feel valued as a customer.

Small Town Social has definitely gained a customer for life! We will absolutely be renting from them for our future events and will happily recommend them to family and friends.

This has been the best waterslide rental company I’ve used! Nina was so considerate and professional. Great rental and my daughter said it was the best waterslide yet! We rented the nova for her 5th birthday party and all the kids loved it! I even went down it and it was so fun! They did all the setup and tear down, fast and easy! Will use them again! Highly Recommend! Supporting a small family business over a liason of services or a big corporate entity is a priority for me. Nina, owner of Small Time Social did not disappoint!
